لقد فكرت كثيرا كيف اخدم بلدى وانا لا أملك شئ غير مؤهلي ومجموعه من الدورات

والكورسات وبعد تفكير طويل أتت لي فكرة هذه المدونه.

وهى عباره عن مساعده لكل شاب وفتاه ممن يبحثون عن فرص عمل ولكن للأسف يصعب عليهم إدراك هذه الفرص فقلت لما لا يضع كل شخص السيره الذاتيه له هنا في مدونه واحده مما يسهل علي اي شركه راغبه في توظيف شباب البحث عن ما يناسبها من حاملي المؤهلات العليا او المتوسطه وبذلك نكون قد سهلنا الطريق للإثنين.

Working as a Complex HR Trainer in Intercontinental Hotels Group, Port Ghalib, Marsa Alam. As the Port Ghalib area contains four hotels all under the Intercontinental Hotels Group I’m working as a part of a team of five trainers, planning, scheduling, Implementing, and recording all training activities both off job and on job.

Trainee in the training department, as it is the department I chose to start my career in. I had the opportunity to gain new experience and training in the Training and Human Resources department.
January 2009 – January 2010 Hurghada Marriott Beach Resort
Management Trainee, rotated in different departments such as Human Resources & Training, Front Office, Marketing and Sales, Public and Guest Relations, I.R, Housekeeping as well as Food & Beverages and Kitchen. By working in those departments I also attended all training conducted in each department such as:
- In The Beginning with all its chapters. It is a Marriott training given to newly hired associates in the company as an orientation to the companies standards, rules, culture and history, also an orientation to the property, to give the new

associates a complete vision abut what they are going to face during their operation. As well as attending the training I later on assisted in conducting it by explaining the Marriott Spirit to Serve basics in the training conducted in August and November.
- Train the Trainer. It is a training course to set up trainers for the property and the company and make them capable for giving training according to the companies' standards and rules.
- Great Food Safe Food. It is a kitchen based training that gives great information about food safety and hygiene, starting from receiving procedures till food presentation to the guest.
- Food Allergy. A training in the different kinds of food allergy and how to deal with an allergic guest, and how to react in case of emergency with a guest case
- Kitchen development program. It is a program made to setup Chefs to be managers and reach the position of Executive Chef. The program contained topics in different fields starting with finance, to managerial and supervisory skills, to Human rescores and training skills. From which programs are:
- Financial Awareness. A training covering the financial part in the program, giving the financial part that concerns the chefs in the kitchen, such as cost handling, managing food store inventory, and reading P&L statement and Gross Revenue Report to be aware of their cost to sales relationship.
- Behavioral Interviewing. A training covering one of the most important skills for a high level employee, which is interviewing, giving an idea on the kinds of questions that should take part in a successful interview and how to get the best out of the interviewed associate.
- Team Work. Training in how to work in a team, a player as well as a leader and how to get the best out of the team.
- Time Management. A training stressing on the importance of time and how to manage it, as time is a key component affecting the quality of the service given to the guest.
